Just startd this tonight. But had to stop. I have a splitting headache! :shock: I've never tried the style of drawing here I'v used before on photoshop, I'm not sure if the working out of the new style or the amount of work Kira is giving me is the cause of my headache.

Does anyone know what Kira's tattoes actually look like? I can't find a good picture of her? O.o' Its bugging me cause I have to redo them and I can't find a decent pic.
 
Tried to find some shots of her tat for ya, but to no avail. My guess would be that it is something dragonish, being that she is in the Black Dragon Clan.

It's not very defined, except where the outlines from the original scan are, specifically the tat and the stripe on her pants. The tattoo as well as the shadowing on her face looks more like oil smudges than what they're supposed to be.

It's very obvious however that you have talent in drawing the human body in fluidic poses. Something I'm not very good at myself. I tend to have to pose for all my pics in front of a mirror which looks strange to the folks I live with for sure. I've even tried the technique that you use with the different shapes, but my torsos are always elongated and my legs too squatty when I do that :(

Like K1LLKANO said, the pose is very well done. The only flaw I can see, which will probably be the only thing that's going to be picked apart, is how the shading and face looks really smudged. Work on that, then you'll have a winner.
 
Looks like I need to work on the shading then... Thats the trouble with trying a new style. Got to spend hours working out the probs with it...

Looks like its down to quess work for Kira's Tatts though.... Something I was hoping to avoid.

Thanks all for your suggestions. I'll post the finished piece when its done so you can all have the fun and thrills of tearing it apart pixel by pixel. :)
