id pay money for it over scorpion and batgirl and dont forget they did it with sony to get kratos into mk9 for the ps3.

Eh, I don't know. Pretty much the same stance I have with Scorpion. I don't want a non-DC character in Injustice, but I could still enjoy them if they were put in.
 
The difference is Kratos is relevant and makes money.

Spawn hasn't been since the early 2000s and Hellboy never has.
