Scorpion toasty fatality

Just got my copy from GameStop, and redeemed my code for the MK1 retro costume and the toasty fatality. However, Ive tried about 20 times the DDUTriangle command (ps3) and its not going. Why is it? Help urgently please.

Are you pressing Up and triangle at the same time? If you aren't, you'll be jumping everywhere. I found it easier to jump first, then input the fatality, as pressing up in the middle of a jump won't impair the input.

Maybe you have the wrong distance from the guy? Try it in the fatality trainer to adjust the distance.

How does everyone know how to do it? I preordered and unlocked but never told me how to do it. Was it in the krypt? How figure it out

It's down, up, up, triangle. Not down, down, up.

You can hold block to prevent scorp from jumping.

Try this. Stand right in front of your enemy, jump backwards and do the fatality. You have to be at jump distance.
