S.T.A.R Labs DLC Missions Unavailable

When I went to download the new S.T.A.R Labs missions (I have the Season Pass) they were not in the in-game store and when I checked the PSN Store the missions were there but is said they were "Unavailable"

Is anyone else having this problem?
 
Yes I am. I have 1 mission left to beat to get Lex Luthors alt and I can't beat it. I want the DLC missions to have unlockable alts , because if they don't I will probably freak out and send a not very nice letter to NRS. S.T.A.R. LABS is the #1 most tedious , ridiculous , infuriating thing I have ever dealt with in any game. Especially a fighter.

If the DLC doesn't allow you to unlock anything then all it will be is a slap in the face. $2 to piss yourself off some more. yay....
 
It's weird cause I did not get an option to download a new patch which I have to do to get the Season Pass content. I went to the PSN Store and the missions were "Unavailable" because I already have the Season Pass and they don't show up in the in-game store either.
 
they are not on the add on section of Xbox either I go to the buy/downloads section of the game and tells me to redownload the season pass I did it twice already and I still didn't get starlab missions

my game works now and nothing. i did notice on xbox live before hitting play game they have an add that says charachter packs. i dont know if thats the first 4 or another ms slip up
 
Still nothing. I thought maybe if I downloaded the DLC characters again then maybe the new missions would read it. This is stupid.
 
Injustice facebook page said they are working with Microsoft and Sony and hope the issue will be resolved soon. Stay tuned for more info.
 
The good news is the missions work in Europe. The bad news is I don't live in Europe. A saying from Captain Obvious. It should be fixed by tomorrow.
