Meh, It's fraudulent.

Runway didn't have enough match up experience, and you could tell by watching the first few minutes.

So we can't get a good idea of how to fight against the character.

Some things I did pick up on though..

His F3 (Overhead) can be interrupted on start up with D1.

He gets a free cross up after a teleport (J3), if he jumps.

You shouldn't challenge him with anything from Full, 3/4ths, or half screen. If you do, you just need to put the controller down.

REO would teleport after the hard knockdown for Oki.

He would Neutral jump 2 ( I think that's 2) and then when they're in hit stun or block stun, he'd cross up with J2.

Scorpion can bait out zoning tools with hell fire, and Demon Flip made un safe strings safe.

He can reset off any connected teleport (That's not in a combo), so stay awake and block the mix up.

if you stay crouched blocked ( holding down ) you can block his teleport regardless which direction he is coming from and blow him up.
