The <a href="http://www.primagames.com/mksm/2/">second page</a> has a few locations for the <B>Soul Tombs</B>, <B>Dead Pool</b>, <b>Netherrealm</b>, and the <b>Foundry</b>. The <a href="http://www.primagames.com/mksm/3/">final page</a> still has information pending.
