Photoshop Problem

Try reinstalling it.
If that fails see if it has a trouble shooting file (or look in the manual).
If that fails, contact the software producers.
You know... You gave us just 3 hours to reply. Not everyone on this board properly has photoshop. And until someone comes on the board who knows a bit about it, you can't get an answer. And then there times zones to think about and everything.

Or you could check the file for viruses
