Online Problem Since the day i got it PLEASE HELP

hey i bought mk9 bout a year ago now n i have never been able to get into an on-line match. im from Australia and i know the game is banned here i was just wondering if there is any way around it because so far i have only managed to get all the DLC and i have also tried making a proxy server but that doesn't seem to help unless i did something wrong any help would be greatly appreciated thanks
