Not sure how many Trance fans here but I thought of making the thread anyway. I am an avid trance fan, no other music inspires me better than this. Perfect way to relax as well in my opinion. If you guys wish to hear a good selection of tracks, tune in to 'The State of Trance' Radio show, hosted by Armin Van Buuren (the number 1 DJ in the world currently). Its a weekly show and is available on all major radio stations, along with internet stations. I shall link up some of them if anyone genuinely interested. Here are some of my favorite trance tracks so far. Do post up your favorites as well. Also chillout stuff can be included since they fall under the category of progressive. :)






 
Any jazz like the L.A. Noire menu theme always mellows me out. I love to play it while I'm doing homework because it keeps me calm, concentrated, and not distracted. I love hearing each instrument and the noire feeling.

Oh that 1940s and 50s era. So relaxing and beautiful :love:

 
Every one of my rebuilding stories was written with the help of chillout music.

Its how I met and later fell in love with the genre :love:
 
Thats an awesome chillout track Shirayuki, I have favourited that. :)

This is the chillout track I listen to regularly. Its from an old game called Zork Grand Inquisitor. No matter how tensed I am or how bad my day, this music calms me down.


I also love this track Bruce posted last week in the just talk thread.

 
I am also an avid fan of the Trance genre, it's my favorite genre of Dance music. I blame the earlier Need for Speed games for my addiction to trance.

I've been listening to Chillout Trance and it just tingles the soul inside my head. A tingling sensation to be exact. Soothes the soul!
