Netcode Fix Patch?

Yeah you can always count on Capcom to deliver affordable, value for money DLC. I did not feel raped at all buying it my friends played the new characters realised they where too good for our skill level, popped MK back in and bothered people online in Tag matches

I doubt so. The online have real issues and must be fixed quickly. I have a fiber optic internet connection and KOTH is unplayable. But people need to be patient, no need to throw the game to the bin, for it will be fixed.

So you're telling me that all the developers sat around, didn't do anything, and made trailers all day for a game that they didn't work on?

Sorry let me change my wording; What FIGHTING game do you know that has a confirmed online beta test? Notice every beta you listed is not a fighting game. Even with the betas you listed that doesn't test how good the netcode will be under a heavy load when it releases. Also there's no reason to be calling me a kid because your internet sucks and can't find a good match.

Igorance/Fanboyism blinding you from the fact that MK9's online is probably the laggiest, least stable, mess of an online mode in 2011.

And if fighting games do not beta test their online modes, perhaps they should get a clue and start.

so apparently everybody internet connection sucks because a lot of people have been complaining.

agreed. i get perfect non-laggy matches on every game i own except mortal kombat. and beta testing for fighting games sounds like an excellent idea.
 
So when exactly is this Netcode patch coming out?? Its past the 7th, rumored to be coming out. Sigh... Im getting tired of waiting. This should have been a DAY 1 or at the most WEEK 1 issue, then resolved... Why the hell does it have to come out with Scarlet? Its a crucial patch, should be released as soon as possible...
 
I know MK fans can be a bit.... excitable when it comes to things not arriving in the time they expect them to, but not having this fixed yet is kind of inexcusable. Once it was obvious that this was broken, it needed to be addressed even before stuff like classic costumes. Bundling it with DLC is just baffling.

Could it be... that the people who handle costumes... aren't the same people who handle netcode? Just a thought.

It's almost as if a Demo would have been best for that......

1. look at you trying to break games down by genre saying every game of *** genre needs an online beta test to assure the quality of it's online play but games of **** genre don't need them to assure the quality of it's online play. lol. Ed Boon and Co. agreed with you.....they said MK didn't need an online beta, the netcode was TEH BESTS EVAR!!! Look how that turned out.........again, lol at you.
