My PS3 memory got wiped out. I had to buy a new hard drive becuase my old one failed. Can I still retrieve my online pass and Klassic Kostumes?

Who knows fool. Hopefully its linked up with your account like what xbox live does. My only concern is that these codes are one time use only..

Not sure you should be able to but with the PSN down and the changes that will be made who knows makes me wonder if all of us might loose our online data

I think all that stuff is linked to your PSN account so I think you can.

It's still there, anything you download from the PSN will be in your downloads. Just go to the PSN store and click on downloads in the upper right. And just re-download it.

This exactly. You can retrieve all your old downloads (up to 5 times I believe) as long as you sign in under the same account it was downloaded under.
