Also, everyone commenting on Sub-Zero, I've gone back again with a couple more very small touches and I think this needs to be final. If it still doesn't look good to you then I think you're made out of crazy things.

Oh, I didn't see that you fixed his fivehead (not forehead) in the last pic. I was looking at the icy stuff in the background, so I missed it.

Might look cool to have him scowling/squinting his eyes, too. Seems like he's doing that in the original.

Calactyte, later ask bleed to correct the yellow lines on the cloth, but the rest is fantastic, keep up, MrMos3s, dont do sub zero's final yet, make the background only, cus bleed has to do something first

I would like to say that I REALLY hope you guys can keep up your motivation to complete this. This could be amazing.

If Bleed insists, but I shouldn't have a problem with that detail, If anything came up later it can easily be added to my file anyway, good catch on that!
 
And here is an example of 5 minutes of edits which can help it look closer to the original. I know you can do much better than this MrMos3s but I wanted to point out the areas where the shadowing can be tweaked. Also needed to reshape him a bit with liquify tool.
