MK1-MKG Fatality vid.

I have seen his before its pretty cool its just that I kinda think that 2D fatalities were gorier and more real looking you know i annostly think MK4,MK:G fatalities sucked my microscopic balls (<---sorry about that)
 
I hear ya. Though I do think that the MK DA and MKD ones are on par, and perhaps superior to the 2D ones (the animations in the sequences are a LOT better than the in-game ones too).
 
Nice. Of course I've seen the "Supreme Demonstration" thing soo many times (it's the same in MKT as it is in UMK3). It doesn't include the stage related fatalities, or the fatalities for the new characters added in MKT (the Raidens, Baraka, Human Smoke, Noob Saibot, Rain, the new Kung Lao & Jax, and the new Kano). It also doesn't show Brutalities...

MKG only had one stage fatality, right? (for everyone it was just a spiked ceiling like in MK2... unless you count as second one the "falling into a pit, Pit II MK2 style" when you're asked to continue)

I remember seeing that for the first time on TV before the game was released. I thought it was the coolest thing ever seeing Liu Kang's head bang against the screen. I must have been about 12 at the time
 
was browsing the forums, and saw the google video link, and realised thats its my work. I made this early version a long time ago, and uploaded via what was then known as "suprnova". At the time I used some old version of mame and its inbuilt video capturing ability to get the MK 1,2,3 fatals. For MK4 i used fraps and the PC version if the game. It sucks compared to my newer attempt that I didnt actually upload anywhere because I couldnt be bothered to. For this new one I simply used the s-video output of my xbox and plugged into my video capture card, and emulated mk1 and umk3. mk2 i played through MAT2, MKT i emulated the PSX version because the PS2 s-video output was cack for some reason, threw in a few N64 only fatals, MKG via dreamcast, and then MKDA and MKD. I dont believe Ive left anything out, but I may be wrong (I mean at the time, MKD was the latest MK game). So no shaolin monks or MKA stuff in it. I might do a shaolin monks one, i like the fatals, but wont bother with the kreate a krap fatality stuff, maybe just to show all the possible individual animations, i dont know. although, i ended up encoding it in DVD format, so basically the file weighs in at 1.9GB. well, i could re encode then put it up as a smaller AVI file, but, if anyone here has the time, I could directly upload to that person, since it will be in full DVD quality. or i could upload sections, ie, by game.

hey does anyone know where i can download all the fatality videos from every mk game. im looking to make a dvd of them all. i want the ones i can download to wmv file, not like youtube or just sites that bring a popup window on their site? thanks

Good job, man, I'd love to get ahold of the high end quality format video or AVI of this. You have a new version that is better quality you say. I'd very much appreciate getting it somehow. As I am after all of the classic fatalities.

This reminds me of when I was a kid, beating MK Trilogy and my prize was seeing every single " "-ality in the game. Thanks for the find!
 
so if i download it from the link he sent, how do i atually get it to play? or put it into avi file?
 
to play the DVD files from hard drive (from the VIDEO_TS folder) I used windvd and used the run dvd from hard drive option. There are probably other options like media player classic. You could always burn the DVD too, if you want to.
 
it says download this torrent, then i download it and it takes like 2 seconds and i have this file that windows cant find anything for? i m just lost and probabl not doing something right
 
oh, youll need to have some bittorrent client, like azureus or something. if you're using a router you'll probably need to do some port forwarding which can get a little complicated. the file you can download on the website is a .torrent file which should open with some bittorrent client program.
