How would you see Marvel having their own fighting game like Injustice?

How would you do something like this?
In the Marvel fighting game; the first one, it explores Spider-Man as the main protagonist for all, plus since the superior spider-man incident when Doc Ock took over Peter's body, he's been relieved. But I can see in the future, Peter would lose both Aunt May & Mary Jane by some villain... plus Peter would go through big lengths when he kills J. Jonah Jameson. He'd go from his Amazing phase to Superior phase (this time with Doc Ock no longer in Peter's body, but Peter's own choice following Doc Ock's work & his). The Avengers had been disassembled and Spider-Man leads an army with Iron Man's help. However, Iron Man is secretly working with the Avengers led by Captain America.
In the second it'll involve Spider-Man meeting up with the X-Men.
