Well, prospective buyers are more likely in it for collection purposes. Factory-sealed games of original releases are rare and hold greater monetary value to collectors. I wouldn't be be surprised if those games are marked at a significantly higher price than they were initially...this not even putting shipping into consideration, judging from the picture there are lots of Japanese titles in the collection. Honestly, that man spent a fortune just trying to acquire those games in the first place.
