I've read several things on the Midway boards (lurking, that is, since reading the boards alone gives me a headache, thanks to all the n00banese I had to read through) about Khameleon and what I've read is pretty conflicting: she's in the game as a fighter, she's not in the game, she'll only be in Konquest, and so on and so forth. I know it hasn't been confirmed by Midway, and it's possible that OXM, who had made the announcement, might have confused Khameleon for Chameleon, but, yeah, it's somewhat bugging me that she hasn't been confirmed, yet at the same time she could be in it, but as a secret character. While I'll admit it's kinda disappointing to see that they've added/confirmed Chameleon before Khameleon, seeing as Khameleon actually had a story, still, I'm glad to see they're throwing in secret characters from past MK games.

So, yeah, do you think Khameleon will make the final cut for MKA? Do you even care? Why?

(And yes, for once, I actually used the search feature to make sure this kind of thread hasn't been done before. :P)
 
Well Boon even said that he wanted her in if they had enough time. I think she would be in as a hidden character(about time an MK game has one), how can they leave her out? She is the last real MK character they could add. Im going to say she will be in he final game. If she isnt its not really a big deal to me. But i think its a chance for her to be recreated as a kick ass female ninja, like Chameleon. You are right about the midway board though, 96% of the people there are braindead morons. They keep giving out the idea of Khameleon being Chameleons alt costume. Sorry i dont think Boon would do a stupid idea like that. If he is going to add her to the game, he will have her be her own character. I can see unlocking her somehow and being able to choose her via a rotating square on one of the fighters, probably Chameleon. But that is in no way an alternate costume.
 
I don't really care if they add her to be honest. You can easily create her in KAK. I'm not trying to be mean, but it's true.

Think back to Tekken 2. Angel was Devil's alt costume, and yet she still had her own story, even her own FMV ending. I personally think that it's a good idea.
 
Both versions of K/Chameleon will be in MKA. Why have one and not the other? Then again, knowing Boon, he may omit the former for some daft reason.

At worst, we will still get the male version which is good enough for me.
 
I really hope she's in MKA. We never really got to see her evolve or whatnot. She would have that old classic MK feel with some freshness.
 
I think she will be in. Cinder from the midway boards has said "Khameleons tend to hide". He made a post confirming Tremor is not going to be in the game. He hasnt ever confirmed Khameleon isnt in the game. I think she will be a hidden unlockable character.
 
Or something like with Blaze and Mokap in MKDA. Select Chameleon and hold up press start or something.

If they don't confirm her, we must find her somewhere in the game to play as.
