No, it's just a rumor. Just like Strykers 3rd alt being his MK3 look. No one has 3 costumes.

Monster was supposed to be scorpion on MKD, but they changed it since it didnt make sense story wise.

No, it was becuase having that costume as an alt is too different from his primary. Originally Havik was supposed to be Noob's alt costume but it was too different from his primary so he became a different character.
