After updating the game, when you go to Shao Kahn's arena and play as Kitana, Tanya no longer appears in her place. However, the chains are still levitating as if they're attached to invisible arms and move as they normally do when Tanya/Kitana/Skarlet struggle.

Do you think this is just another glitch or a placeholder for the mysterious 4th DLC character?
 
I think it was just NRS being lazy! They didn't want to have to release a new map which removes Skarlet from the mix altogether... oh well. I never noticed it until you said so
