IMPORTANT - Sanchez disconfirms all the leaked info from the event in Brazil

I don't he will get fired just because of this , but this ain't the first time he is put in such a nasty situation. I remember him talking about this months ago. I also , remember a joke spreading in the Internet his girlfriend (which turn out to be nothing but a translator) was a expecting his child. Was this rumor nice to get spread of talked about ? Well it happened.

You sir are so right. I was saying this months ago when people would complain because a day or two went past without a character confirmation or something.

In my opinion they don't need to reveal anything. And this event, although being rectified, could lead to serious changes. Hopefully they don't fire Hector as he is one cool bad ass.

But what if they go into recluse mode and from now on don't tell us anything? In my opinion, even though I'm not guilty, its what we deserve.

Those who hacked and spread the leaks like a virus ain't MK fans, otherwise they wouldn't have done it.
And whoever read the leaks ruining themselves the wonderful experience of having the story unfolds before their eyes is a weak or just doesn't care about the storyline.
 
Hector wont get fired for this because of mistranslated text, that would just be absurd. If he does, I would bomb NRS, Hector is probably my favourite person from the team besides Ed.

I hate to say it, but not everyone wants to play MK because they care about the story; I myself want to know backstories of characters and such, but after that..... I just want to rip someones spine out of their body. There are more than one type of fan, though I agree, those hackers aren't fans.

And no, I am not a hard core fan. I haven't played a game since UMK3, since I only care about 2d fighters.
 
damn what a way to lose trust from ed boon himself. they really shouldnt give out any spoilers IMO. it only raises anticipation and rumors spread like mad cow.

the demo is enough of a tease, although i havent played it and dont plan on doing so, cuz now it seems the exclusive xbox content is bs too..

Hopefully everything has smoothed out with Hector and NRS, because it would be a shame for him to get fired after all this time he's been working with them (Since MK4 I think).

Anyway , he ain't getting fired , if anything he has been a doing pretty well for the last couple of games.
 
I didn't want to read this but glad I did. Thread starter you are all good in my eyes(real MK fans are forgiving) people make mistakes all the time. It's just crazy what people do for info on games these days.
 
Poor Hector, stupid situation i must say, but now if he disconfirms all that info, could we still consider this as "true" spoilers, things we're gonna see as they were leaked. Do you think we will still going to have the same stuff when the game come out?
 
THIS IS WHY WE CAN'T HAVE NICE THINGS! People always feel the need to hack and/or leak games because of their own selfish greed. MK9 would have been a hell of a lot more "magical" if all of these spoilers weren't let loose.
