I actually watched the compete clip, it was funny as hell. I all most wanted to download it but I'm not.
 
This is a song sung by Shampoo a Chinese woman in an anime called Ranma 1/2. I liked the show when I was a teenager.

While playing around with Mileena, some reason this song would play in my head everytime I would go for the double slap into lunge. So I decided to make a movie! LOL xD
