i dont have a program(or know how) to zoom in on it with it blurring or becoming pixels. i could be seeing things but can someone check it out.

You do wear glasses, right? And you did examine the larger better version of the picture that I posted, right? Then if you have done the above two things, then you obviously don't get the little bit of a joke that I was getting at.

Oh, and what text are you referring to? I see nothing except washed out looking Graffiti.

yeah, thats just washed off lettering. part of it says "building"


OMG Nevermind... it says 7th st.
 
I can read it, it says only on days ending in y and it's refering to absolutly nothing. I'd dare say it's actually glare from the sun or a gritty wall.
 
his right arm looks retarded .. by retarded i mean it looks fake... other then that i don't see anything but two street signs .. one says 7th st and the other says fashion st =/

I think, he is talking about the Buliding(With the headlight in the front of picture.).
I can see little bit but hard to spell it out.
 
It just looks like old advertisements that have been painted over. Kind of common on older buildings in a city landscape. To the right of the 2nd window from the top it looks like it might say "BUILDING".
