hard copy of game and ps3 destroyed

as i stated above. i have all my account nfo and stuff my question is if i go buy a new ps3 and say get a used copy of mk9 will i be able to get my online stats and all my dlc w/o paying for it twice?
 
this hasnt ever happened to me but im sure you can have your online stats, but you will probably have to play through the single player again. you should have your online stats from loading your psn to your ps3.
