Who could this belong to?
Ed Boone tweeted this picture of someone's move list about an hour ago. To me, it looks like it's probably Shao Kahn, since I haven't known anyone else to just sporadically laugh in the middle of a fight. This also makes it seem like he's playable, if it's him, of course.

I think it might be moves for the spectator viewers, as they are shown in a video to appear below the screen during King of the Hill.
