Mileena but her combos are WAY harder than anyone else. I can come up with combos with Scorpion without even trying.

She was my main in all the 2D MK series but they changed alot of her BnB combos.

Scorpion felt a little cheap in the demo, to me.

Sub-Zero was a character that I expected to pick up and get used to right away, but that wasn't the case.
Sub-Zero seems more like a character that will take some time to master, that will be great, once you have all the in-between DASH and ice-ball timing down.
 
I played sub-zero alot since getting the PS plus demo and for me he's the best. I like to use setup moves to pull off large damaging combos and sub has the best setup moves. I was able to pull off a 43% combo while playing the cpu on expert and while playing my friends who have been playing the demo a ton. His ice clone is the best special move in the demo, it's especially great against JC. I also feel like sub is just more fun to play, JC and scorpion felt like button mashers to me and Mileena doesn't have great setup moves.
 
Sub-Zero is my favourite character but he feels a bit slow still. Probably just need a bit more practice with him! Scorpion feels the easiest to just pick up and play but he does seem kinda cheap too. So I guess my favourite would be Johnny Cage. I like how quick and fluid he seems! Wasn't a fan of Mileena, she seemed difficult to use well.

I've only used them all once or twice though so hard to judge properly yet!!
 
im loving scorpion and sub zero, i found sub was hard to play at first, seemed slow, but after learning some chains of combos can see the strong side of him. Really good character, scorpion is fast to pick up so he will be a huge new fan favorite.

You just have to get use to him. I was taken back at first too being he is my favorite character and he seemed dumbed down, but once you play with him enough he is fast and powerful! Like someone stated early he is not noob friendly
 
concerning johnny cage, can anybody tell me whats wrong with his nut punch? it works about 1/10 of the time. while every other special attack from him works all the time.
