does mission 273 have a glitch?

So I was playing this mission and the objective is you have to hit Shang Tsung 30 times as Ermac. fair enough

I got 29 hits in and he turned into me, I did another hit and it said "successful" and I was like "ok cool" well he got back up and kept attacking I was like WTF, so he turned back and I hit him again and he fell over and I got challenge completed.

I assume you have to hit him 30 times as shang tsung but if you hit him as someone else, the counter counts it but the match doesn't? lol
 
no it wasn't that cause I thought that too and he had FULL health I was like THIS IS CRAP THIS IS CRAP lol

but then I got like another hit in and he went down.
 
Interesting problem. He never turned into me when I did this challenge, and when I landed the 30th hit it was over. No extra hits required.
 
I can confirm this glitch.

I don't specifically mention 273 in the other thread, but this was one of the challenges I began to talk about where "tasks are completed but the gameplay continues for a good ten or so seconds (lifebars included) before spontaneously ending".
