Deathtrap for Yin Yang Island

I remember seeing in a video a character getting knocked into the water during the day with clownfish(like Nemo) eating him. Did they take that out? I can only knock a character into the water at night for this arena.

I thought I saw somewhere in a video that they had it so it only works at night, when the island is evil.

I remember seeing the daytime shot as well, but that was one of the first videos out as well, so it probably got changed.

I was just about to ask about this arena.

Where is the trigger for the deathtrap? I practiced on the island for 15 minutes without once seeing the red-line indicator...

Can anyone help out here? Naming a landmark or what the deathtrap is near?

Thanks in advance.

I did it a bunch of times in practice mode yesterday. I did it when the island was good and bad. There is a red marker on the shore where you can knock the guy into the water.

Ok, thanks; I got it. But on my attempts, it wouldn't work during the "day," and there was no red marker.

yeah i don't beleive there is a red marker. I think I've knocked someone into the water during the day and night, but i wouldn't swear by it.

I practiced it a lot this weekend, and you're right, there is no marker. You simply need to knock whomever it is your fighting in to the water during the night sequences to get it off.

So what's the deal with knocking them in the water during the day? Did they scrap it?
They must have, I haven't been able to get it off during the day; the character just pops up and stays onshore. But the second it turns to yang and I pop him, they sail into the water and get devoured. I kind of like that better anyway, though; it gives the Yang a stronger feeling of evil.

At the risk of being a nit-pick, the "yang" part would be the daylight, and the "yin" part nighttime.

Yang = light/male/earthly
Yin = dark/female/heavenly
