Can't Download New Patch

I am a PS3 user and I have the Season Pass so when I downloaded the new patch it got to about 68% before it said that there was a connection error so I called BOTH SONY and WB Games and SONY said that my connection was fine and that it was a problem with the patch. WB Games told me to try and re-download the patch and if that did not work to erase my save data utility for Injustice, and I really don't want to do that. I wrote to the Injustice Facebook page a couple of minutes ago and I am waiting for a reply.

Is anyone else having this problem? We need to get this fixed, if you guys would be so kind, if you are also having problems downloading the new patch write a post on the Injustice's Facebook page's wall
 
Just delete the utility file - not the saved data. It worked fine for me, I just had to redownlod my skins.
 
Exit the game from the menus; if it freezes you'll still have to delete - if not the you're successful in your update. Mine was f'ked after batgirl comp pack

It's fine now the Injustice Facebook page said they were looking into the problem for those who are still having trouble downloading the patch
