What do you think is the unknown mode of play?

Actually it started as that but if you actually read through the pages it discussed other modes too.

That isn't the only topic either, there are about 4 or 5 more.
 
well let it be mate, I looked for a thread about this, im not going to go read all the old threads in hope I find something I wanted to discuss now. so let it be, what do you think its going to be?
 
I was hoping for somthing along the lines of Endurance 1 vs. 2 or 4 on 1 screen, or even a tournement would be nice.
 
Afer seeing the gruelling survivor matches in MKSM's. I would love the hidden game, or at least one of them to be Boss Endurance.

You battle Kahn, Motaro, Goro, Kintaro and that Fag, Moloch all at the same time.

Imagine that shit?! :lol:

whatever it is I hope it is addictive as hell how bout "Mortal Kombat pillowfight" Shao Khan Can start off by saying pillowfight then proceed to throw stuff in there during the fight. Maybe something like mariocart would be good but for MK instead.
 
MK beach volleyball isnt a bad idea... any mode that put the females in bikini's is cool with me. kind of like Dead or Alive?

Tekken once had bowling..that was pretty cool. Maybe its something wacky like that. MK basketball anyone? ...the ball can be someones head! :p
I dunno...whatever it is i hope its very addicting.

the bad news is we wont find out till october....if they keep it hidden it must be pretty good.
 
risk sounds cool, with all the different realms and everything, dont know how they would do that in a video game though.

my bet is obviosuly the 8 player mode or endurance mode.

but i could see the mario party type game. i thinkthat could be it
 
I'd love MKKart! like mario kart but deadly.

and guys I dont think its anything like 4 on 4 or 8 on 8 that wouldn't be good enough to keep a secret. its most likly a minigame like chess or tetris. I think they should make something like a first person shooter or something to see what kind of feedback it gets, they said they're going to try new types of mk games they might as well test it out to see peoples feedback. (MK special Forces that DOESN'T suck, anyone?"
 
They said they would reveal it or talk about it more in August.

I think it is going to eithe be a wacky mini-game or a tournament type thing.

uhhhgg i hate twisted metal....but an 8 players online/offline mario cart/crash bandacoot style racing game would be sweet.

they could have models like the puzzle fighters riding in go karts as you race through levels like outworld, edenia, chaorealm, orderrealm, earthrealm, and whatever. and players moves could even work as scorpion would be able to throw his "get over here" and pull someone that is in front of him behind him, or sub could freeze someone in front of him for like 5 seconds, and other stuff... heh
 
I was thinking about having blood while driving to show a trail of blood tracks. Good ideas about the specials, but what about the power-ups for MK Kart? For the specials, I was thinking of Sindel's scream will screw the players steering controls, while Raiden's lightning immobilizes you for 5 secs. and Baraka's spark attack will cause a flat tire or fuel loss.

You can hear a booming noise inside. The camera gets closer. Closer. The doors swing open. And what is in there? Why, all of your favorite kombatants dressed up in busboy uniforms standing behind several casino games in a well-lit happy victorian room. People laughing, and drinking.
