Discussing and recapping storylines for all characters on MK

Ok! I'm starting the topic on discussing and recaping the storylines or bios for each character who appear in Mortal Kombat. We'll start each in order by appearance in the series. The recap storyline or bio for each character is when they first appeared until their latest one in the series. This is the order of characters of their first appearance:

For some characters who appeared in adventure games such as Special Forces or Mythologies since their timeline of plot takes place before the first game, you can add that storyline first to that character before putting their actual tournament storylines or bios in.
