Animation tips please

Since this site had problems during part of the day i was really bored but just to make sure if it happens again can anyone tell me where and how i can make animations using MK sprites? If you know the help will be greatly appreciated.

This should be in the art board, but animations require Macromedia Flash, or any other animation program, you can get some sprites at www.mortalkombatwarehouse.com , but besides that. Animations take tons of patience....

Legally? No, but Macromedia flash is a great animation program, if you have Paint Shop Pro, or Adobe Photoshop; They both come with excellant animation programs.
