for a regular attack it is to blurry, and it looks a little to dialated. good tho 7/10

It's alright, but the ice should be built AROUND the arm, not elongating the arm, and it wuld make a great fatality, if he used thing to smash their heads, not a regular attack. 6/10

The blood is wrong. It should be the other way. And I think you put too much blood, it's a matter of taste.

not to sure about scorpions blue head but overall your improving 6/10
(it looks like scorpions going to land in the chair)

how about a 3 frame fake fatality- first frame subbys arm freezes- second he extends his arm and grasps scorps head, freezing it- third he squeezes his hand closed, causing the head to shatter like dry ice? eh eh? hehe just an idea

I like it, to me the ice-arm looks awesome, and i love how scorps head seems semi-fromzen... 17/20...

I think the arm is fine. The blue head doesn't look good and MaxDam is correct, the blood is coming from the wrong spot and going the wrong direction. However, you are definantly getting better!!!
