my pick is Tomb Raider Angel of Darkness

while it's unfinished, buggy and clunky, it has such a perfect soundtrack and story that this alone makes it a good game, add on top of that the beautiful and colorful envirnments, puzzles and perfect annimations, why couldn't TR fans see these strengths when the game released in 2003, personally, i believe it is the last good game in the series, the new reboot was good and all but not enought tombs and traps to make it challenging,
 
Rayman (PS1) or Def Jam FFNY

EDIT: Rayman is hardly underrated.So just Def Jam FFNY since nobody ever mentions it.

Lollipop Chainsaw. Though this game needed more gameplay, I think it was a good game overall. Just not so easy.
 
Angel of Darkness was awesome, I don't care what anybody say. Best story of the series, IMO.

Cyber Speedway on the Sega Saturn was great game that didn't get ANY recognition. Nice visuals, smooth gameplay, cheesy cyberpunk story: good times.
