In MK2, you have to press back, back, back, and then Low punch to do it.

I remember doing this awhile back, but here it is.

lux = light, faithful, good
xul = darkness, evil, bad

Put them together and they make a crazy palindrome known as 'luxul' or 'luxxul.' I came up with the name myself. Also using this name for a future music/ art project.
