im thinking yes but to make sure cause my copy is reserved At a game store but i can buy this game at 12 in the morning later on psn yes?

Not sure what time PSN Vita games become available, we'll have to see what tonight holds.

PSN usually gets updated in the afternoon, I've never bought a Vita game off PSN tho, only PS3 & PSP games.

Probably not. PSN updates in the afternoon/evening, you'll have to wait until they update the store to purchase it.
