Notorious BIG or Tupac?

For those who say this isn't serious, it really is. Biggie vs. Tupac is a question that may divide family members for generations based on their preference. Many people say Tupac is the best of all time, I say **** that, Notorious BIG was better, lyrically and he was a better story teller. I do not believe that Notorious is the best ever but feel he is better than Pac, what do you guys think?

Both are great but Pac hands down is better and here's why...

Biggie: Going Back to Cail lyric

..."If I got to choose a coast I got to choose the East
I live out there, so don't go there..."

vs.

Tupac: I Wonder If Heaven Got A Ghetto lyric

..."Take the evil out the people they'll be acting right
Cause both black and white are smokin crack tonight
And only time we deal is when we kill each other
It takes skill to be real, time to heal each other..."

I rest my case your honor...lol :)

Pac, its blasphemy to say otherwise.

One of my favorite quotes ever "Biggie wanted to be a gangster, Pac had no choice."

cant really choose, love these 2 guys, grew up listening too them and still remember when they both got killed. they are both extremely lirical, they are both tie when it comes to metaphors but big had a slight edge in wordplay. pac might be consider better because he is the complete package. pac was more diverse, an amazing poet, hardcore rapper at its best and charisma out the ying yang.
though im grown now,
nigga is still on "pow"busting on them n*ggas till they gone
how many more jellous a*s b*tches coming for my riches/
now i gotta be suspicious when i bone. lol amazing

smoking too much weed got me paranoid and stress/
pack a gat and a vest under my clothes when i dress/
Niggas in my faction don't like asking questions
Strictly gun testing, coke measuring
Giving pleasure in the Benz-ito
Hitting fanny, spending chips at Manny's
Hope you creeps got receipts, my peeps get dirty like cleats
Run up in your crib, wrap you up in your Polo sheets
Six up in your wig piece, nigga decease
MWA, may you rest in peace

just the way he starts this song gives me chills......

Watch Casino, I'm the hip-hop version of Nicky Tarantino
Ask Nino, he know
Green with envy, the green tempts me
to make the richest enemy, and take their cheese
Take their spots, take their keys, make my faculty
live happily, ever after in laughter

You can be the shit, flash the phattest five
Have the biggest dick, but when your shell get hit
You ain't worth spit, just a memory
Remember he, used to push the champagne Range
Silly cat, wore suede in the rain
Swear he put the G in game, had the Gucci frame
before Dana Dane, thought he ran with Kane
I can't recall his name, wasn't he that kid
that nearly lost half his brain over two grams of cocaine?
Getting his dick sucked by crackhead Lorraine
A ****ing shame, dude's a lame, what's his name?
Dark skin Jermaine, see what I mean?

There is just one reason why I enjoy Tupac more than Notorious BIG.

That song is titled, "California Love"

They are both incredibly, incredibly overrated in my opinion.

Horribly overrated. Insanely overrated. Did I mention how overrated I think they both are?

However, if I had to choose, I would say that Tupac is less overrated.

Not only did his beats hit closer to home and were more danceable, he also didn't spawn a bunch of talentless proteges like Puff Daddy.

Jay-Z is the only person from the Biggie camp who has talent, and I'm not even sure how closely Jay was associated with Biggie.

Saying Pac is overrated is like saying Michael Jordon is overrated.
When you have that much talent, overrated just isn't a word that can describe you.

You don't have to like Biggie or Pac by any means.
But to say they're overrated?

Get the **** out of here man.
