Definitely recommend mother ship Zeta DLC. Collect every syringe of alien epoxy you come across.
Oh and Lamplight caverns children cursing is funny.
I played FO3 until I was sick of it, haven't even finished point lookout yet.
I have NV but I cant get into it like I initially did with FO3.

Trevor Phillips, GTA V
The only thing I really miss from Fallout 3 that's not in New Vegas is the Enclave Tesla Armor. Damn, that armor was pure badassness. Resembled that uber soldiers from Wolfenstein 2009.
I love me some Fallout. I liked the weapons and armor better in 3 though for a couple reasons,
Chinese Stealth Armor
I know the last two were in New Vegas as well but they were toned down to make them p*ssy tier.
I never left the crib without my winterized t51-b power armor.
Like.. It never ever degraded down..ever.
And the gauss rifle in New Vegas is a joke.. The one in three was god-tier.
And also, I really dug the Prototype Medec Armor.. and It was worth going to Old Olney for it.
But damn, that Enclave armor in new vegas was awesome.. and getting it is like a main quest on it's own.
I beat the game the first time around being nuetral morality the whole intire game.
my character had some serious mood swings, but I liked playing like this because you could get away with doing some fun evil things, while doing good things to balance it out. As doing good things usually are more rewarding in the end.
also, I played through the entire game with Mr.burke's suit on
I've beaten Fallout 3 twenty seven times.
I'd beat it Evil Neutral and Good.
I've beaten it as Good more than any.
I've beaten New Vegas around 10 times
I'm a fallout freak
I've only beaten 3 twice and I'm still on my first playthrough of NV.
I find so hard to start over.
Losing all the badass weapons.
But its also really refreshing to start over.
All of the great quests comeback.
All of the knowledge, no need to get confused in Vault 34
I enjoy shooting your father and the black guy with the bebe gun as a kid.
the first time I did that, I actually thought I killed him and I was laughing my ass off, then he got up and I was sad
I loved going in the vaults though.
Here was me when I explored a new vault:
It's like 3 in the morning.
All the lights are out and I'm geeking on like 3 Monster energy drinks and I've already smoked half a pack of cigarettes.
Creeping into the entrance and I'd tell Dogmeat to go wait outside Vault 101 (I didn't want her to end up dying; Just to be sure). Lincoln's repeater aimed and I'm expecting the worst
I'll say it right now.
I hate Rex.
I think he is a terrible companion and a waste of manpower.
If Rex is in danger I don't a ****.
Its hard to become attached to some abomination, aside from Fawkes
I loved Dogmeat.
If Dogmeat was ever in danger, I'd whip out my biggest and baddest weapon just to get them off of him.
Because this picture, DEFINES Fallout in my mind.
how many companions can you carry around at a time in fallout 3?
I took him into vault 22 knowing damn well he was going to die.. I did it on purpose
If dogmeat so much whined that someone was too close to her, I'd blow their ****ing brains out.
I raged pretty hard when a behemoth killed her.. I was mad as ****
But then she had a pup and it was totally cool
And that picture has been my screen saver for a year
Definitely defines FO3.
