Help!!!!!!!!!!

Ok so I made a Gif on PhotoShop it is Saved (format) gif, it is only like 18 KB, i uploaded it to Tinypic.com, then I used The URL from there an uploaded it it here TRMK. on tinypic.com and here the gif did not move.... PLZ HELP ME!!!!!!!

Here's what happens when i upload it to TRMK or Tinypic.com:

NOTHING!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It said it has to be smaller that 500 KB and its only like 18 KB when i save it.
and when i save it, it only saves one frame.

there is gif and animated gif. for your file size your image is just a static gif

I can't i can't even use it on TRMK if, it only saves one of the like 5 frames, and it doesn't even move

15KB gifs are most likely not animated.

i relize that, it only save's on frame!!!!!!!!!!!
