I think you are missing the point Alex - we all know he can be beat, but he has more in his arsenal than other players. So, in players of equal skill will have an advantage using him over say Sheeva.

OP means not balanced, it doesn't mean invincible.

As for Raiden - the thing that annoys me the most is that even if you do block his Superman - he sometimes bounces so far back you miss the easy punish! It should be an easy punish for that cheap move!!

Removing his ability to deal a shit load of chip damage and, allowing all characters to get a decent punish against his spin on block would satisfy me.
