<a href="http://www.trmk.org/games/mortal_kombat_2011">Mortal Kombat (2011)</a> players in the EU were rightfully upset when the PSN store content update was released yesterday. Skarlet was nowhere to be found and the MK Classic Ninja Skins pack was listed at prices much higher than promised. Suffice it to say, WB Games UK has been responding to these issues on Twitter (<a href="http://twitter.com/#!/WB_Games_UK/status/83885244058574848">here</a> and <a href="http://twitter.com/#!/WB_Games_UK/status/83888796927668224">here</a>) and by releasing a <a href="http://www.computerandvideogames.com/308776/news/eu-mortal-kombat-dlc-is-incorrect-no-skarlet-due-to-technical-issues/?cid=OTC-RSS&attr=CVG-General-RSS">statement</a> on the events.

Unfortunately, due to some technical issues, the Mortal Kombat Skarlet DLC will not be available to PSN users in Europe until next week. We apologise for any inconvenience but assure fans that Skarlet and her fatalities are on the way.

To clarify the posted price of the Classic Skins pack on PSN is incorrect and is currently being rectified to £3.19 for UK users and €3.99 for European users.

All users will have access to the compatibility pack and free classic skins - Cyrax and Sektor - once Skarlet is available.
Those hoping to play as Skarlet in the EU on PSN, will need to be patient as WB Games UK and Sony rectify the situation.

<b>Update:</b> Those who have purchased the Klassic Skins Pack at the higher price will be refunded the difference automatically. (WB Games UK on <a href="http://twitter.com/#!/WB_Games_UK/status/83955647657426944">Twitter</a>)

<b>Update 6/24</b> "The Skarlet Playable Warrior for Mortal Kombat is available from PlayStation Store now. Sorry again for the delay." - <a href="http://twitter.com/#!/PlayStationEU/status/84263019328176128">@PlayStationEU</a>

Okay guys, this is the only comment on this subject I’ll be responding to, because there’s no point repeating the same thing over and over –
I’ve popped a statement up on comment one and Warner Brothers should have got the word out by now over Facebook and Twitter.
We’re very sorry about the price problem that cropped up, but if you paid over the odds, you’ll be getting your money back and if you held off, you can grab the Klassic Skins pack for a much mor reasonable £3.19/€3.99

taken from the ps blog in the eu. says we will get a refund, when is a different answer. I understand that folk who bought Beyond Good and Evil for the wrong price STILL have not got a refund

WHAT?? you must contact by phone? Ive emailed them, do you have to contact them by phone in the UK

Re: WB Apologies for PSN Skarlet DLC Problems for EU Territories

Apologies accepted for now and thumbs up for the refunds but I have a strong feeling Kenshi will be late for PSN EU due to "technical difficulties" when it hits US PSN in July and another week w/o Skarlet is pfff. Is it that hard to upload them right now or tomorrow? Or at least the compat pack, 2 new costumes will ease the pain of waiting for me since my 3d main is Sektor.
