I'm surprised no one else talks about Mavado being cool looking. I mean come on! The trench coat with the 1 exposed arm(look at those muscles!), those AWESOME kookswords, not to mention THE coolest looking hairstyle hands down, although I'm sure some would debate with Sindel XD

Meh maybe Mavado just reminds me of myself and I have better self esteem than I think XD (I have Mavado's hairstyle, although it doesn't look QUITE as stylish, heh, and some people have actually told me on my best hair days that I look like Mavado from certain angles XD)

noob saibot MK2 was mystery incarnate, before he got any real detail or anything, just pure silhouette. that was sweet.

and reptile mk3/umk3/mkt.
 
my favorite character feature (not to be perverted) but i thought the fishnet covering for the front of the kitana/mileena/jade/khameleon chest was pretty cool.
 
I'd go with Sub's alternate on MKDA, Raiden's alternate (MKDA), Mavado's original, and Ermac in MKT (I love the red/black combination).
 
MKD - Li Mei is hot, that's why I like her
MKDA - Sonya Blade and Li Mei with her secondary costume
MKG - Kitana, she is allways pretty
MK4 - Tanya, she is the hottest
MKT - Ermac, he's ass is cool
UMK - again Ermac
MK2 - Jax, he looks very good
MK1 - no one :)
