Has anyone managed to hit select or down+select when Dan Forden pops up?

I've only even seen him twice, and both times it happens so fast I didn't react fast enough.

Anyone get it? If so, what level and did anything happen?
 
I'm the same as you, I've rarely gotten "Toasty" and wasn't quick enough to react in any way. I'd think that some button input in some stage in some circumstance must trigger something, right? On the other hand if it does, I'm shocked it hasn't been uncovered yet.
 
I just did it in the courtyard at night, one round, beginner, as sindel against jax.

Nothing.

I hit select though, not down+select.
 
I heard that if you hit your opponent while Dan Forden is on the screen, you will get a toasty bonus and a full super meter.

That's just what I've heard.
 
I heard that if you hit select 3 times while Dan Forden is on screen, he appears behind you as a zombie and eat your brains...
