Mokap

I came up with an X-ray move for him, although it's not as good as some of my other X-Ray moves. He, using his motion capture ability, generates a clone of his opponent, who punches them across the face, breaking their skull. He then sits them up straight, then stomps on their head.
 
^ That might be a little too farfetched, even for MK

How about something more like this: have him start his X-Ray off by taking out a copy of MK10 and smacking the opponent upside their head, breaking the skull

And for the second part, I'm sure you can come up with something cool for that
