As seen in Raiden's Vigenette and Noob Saibot's Trailer

if you look closely their Xray's are different from other charcters.
After the cinematic part of the Xray is over (Where the screen goes black) they pull off a extra move like Noob kicks you in the gut to throw up or raiden blows lighting when he is done.
Should other characters have this?

To excute them i would make it harder to perform like all the shoulder buttons and a Punch button
 
No dude it's just one extra hit after the x-ray some characters need it to make it look better some don't and who cares cause you can lead combos in an x-ray move and lead out with combos after an x-ray move. X-ray moves are just something kool they add on so why be so picky they didn't even need to do it if they didn't want to and it still be an FN awesome game!
