I need help with making a signature :(

Hey TRMK members!!!! I saw most of your creative animated avatars and signatures and I was hoping that you could teach me how to make an animated signature or avatar or maybe one of you guys can help me make one. It is extremely heart and i donno how to use Photoshop or even Paint on windows so it is really hard.
