I studied Electronics in my 8th grade, so I've had some experience in soldering.
Here's what I've planned.
The first picture is a rough design on how big I need to cut the holes. The second picture is more detailed and shows many things. If you haven't noticed, the push buttons are attached to the Plexiglas directly because the Glas and the wood together will be more than 6mm, the recommended depth for a Sanwa Push button. So my question is, will the Glas be too weak? Will it break at some point?
And Pat, you haven't really answered. Does solder burn the green plastic off the PCBs? Hope not.
