TITLE: A Time to Kill


PLOT: the infamous Mr. White funds a French missile program which heads in an operational silo constructed beneath the Eiffel Tower. When a soviet spy is found dead on the streets with a slough of photographs in a spy camera(having been shot in the back by Mr. White's henchmen), it is up to Bond to stop Mr. White's assasin Thomas Michael Bryceman, better known a Crosshair, and hold-off his plans for a French Missile Crisis while being followed by White's right-hand man Jean-Paul Maleur.

Are we allowed to make our own dream cast or does it have to be realistic?

sure, a dream cast and such is fine. Moonraker wasn't all that realistic, right? just make sure it's not too wierd and have Gollum/Smeagol as Bond or Darth Vader as the villain.
