What does it mean if something is safe on block?
Jinko New member Aug 18, 2011 #2 If I read correctly, it basically means that an attack is safe to be executed on a blocked opponent. By safe, it means that opponent is unable to punish your blocked attack assuming you stop attacking and hold block right away.
