What? I have no idea what you mean. Mostly because the english in that sentence is some of the worst I've ever seen that isn't l337 speak. As far as I know the only glimpse of Noob Saibot in MKSM was a short cutscene where Sub-Zero is chasing him in the netherrealm and as a costume for Sub-Zero in Vs. mode.

Sure, I've seen a few n00b Scorpions out there. He would always miss his spear and teleport punches and such. The player was horrible. Few seconds? No. Few hours? Yes.
 
OH ok, you were referring to a glitch. Your first post was an atrocity. Now that's you're more communicative I'm quite interested to see this video. Please get it on YouTube ASAP.
 
Oh...that's pretty sweet. Though I wouldn't call it becoming Noob Saibot exactly, since it's still the Scorpion character model. What that is is just messing with texture effects and combining it with the unique shadows and lighting of a power-up sequence. It does look a lot like the Saibot true, but it's still just Scorpion.
