Larry Kasanoff, the studio head behind the Mortal Kombat movies is planning the post-production stage of "Mindfulness: the Movie," viewable on Kickstarter: http://www.kickstarter.com/projects/679036928/mindfulness-the-movie
The documentary is inspired by Zen master Thich Nhat Hanh, a historical ally of Martin Luther King Jr. It follows his teachings all the way into the Hollywood-sphere, making the movie experience a fun and accessible way to learn about mindful life.
I was pretty intrigued by the pitch. Funding on Kickstarter would help make the project into a theatrical release, so if Kasanoff is someone you'd like to see make it ahead, you should take a looksee!
