Ice Head

I personally don't like the fact that you made subby's arms dark blue, but I'm sure there's a reason behind that.
besides that little detail, I like it 8/10
Also, do you know why mkw sprites are getting black backgrounds?
 
I like it, reminds me of a scene in Conquest where Scorp and Sub are fighting and Scorp nails him with his Spear (or crappy snake thing like in the films). Sub's pinned up against the wall so he freezes the snake thing by touching it and then shatters it.

Happens at about 3:13. Scorp also does this pretty sweet Snap-kick at 3:05. It's all pretty cheesey though
 
Thanks guys, And the reason why his arm was blue was because I wanted to make it feel as though his hand was like ice, I couldnt get the kinda smoke that usually comes of ice so thats why it looks a bit crappy
